NHS Grampian have put together a couple of animation videos, to help show how general practice is adapting to the increased demands in service over the last couple of years. We are doing our best to try and provide both routine and urgent care to our patients, and part of this involves new ways of accessing care.
This can involve increased use of phone consultations, video consultation and eConsult service being used by many.
