Calsayseat Medical Group works as a training practice, helping develop the knowledge and practical skills of tomorrow’s doctors.This means that we often have medical students and recently qualified doctors who are not yet GPs, working in our practice under GP supervision.
We will let you know at the time of booking an appointment if you are seeing a trainee as part of your assessment,and this will always be followed up with review of a qualified GP. If you would prefer not to have this please let us know at the time of booking.
Video Recording: Doctors who are training to become GPs may be required to do some video recording of their consultations, as part of their assessment. A recording will only be made If it has been fully consented beforehand by the patient,and the video recording would only be used for assessment purposes before being deleted.
