Nicole Cookson
Pharmacist“Nicole is the pharmacist and pharmacy team lead at Calsayseat Medical Group. Nicole graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2016 and joined the practice in 2018. She is qualified as a pharmacist independent prescriber and has completed several post-graduate courses.
Pharmacist prescribers support with medication related enquiries, action medication requests and oversee hospital discharge and clinic letters. Nicole sees patients with long term conditions (e.g. Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure) and runs polypharmacy and medication review clinics. As part of her role as team leader, she supports her pharmacist and pharmacy technician colleagues. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking her cocker spaniel Jake to the beach”
Olivia Taylor
PharmacistOlivia is a pharmacist working in Calsayseat two days per week. She graduated in 2017 from Robert Gordon University and recently qualified as an independent prescriber.
When not at work Olivia enjoys going to the gym, the cinema and walking her dog.
Zoe Barclay
Pharmacy TechnicianZoe is one our Pharmacy Technicians who joined the practice in 2020 after previously working in Community Pharmacy for 27 years where she completed her Pharmacy Technician training and went on to complete her Accuracy Checking technician qualification.
When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Alexandra(Alex) Blackburn
Pharmacy TechnicianAlex is one of our practice employed Pharmacy Technicians. She completed her training with NHS Lothian and registered with the GPhC in June 2022. While training she gained experience in both General Practice and in Community Pharmacy. She joined the Calsayseat Pharmacy team in August 2022. She assists with a variety of jobs, including medication queries, prescription requests and compliance aids.
In her spare time, you will find her baking in the kitchen or busy crafting.
Gemma Scally
Pharmacy TechnicianGemma is one of our NHS employed Pharmacy Technicians working at Calsayseat 2 days per week. She completed her training at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and registered with the GPhC in 2012. While training she gained experience in both Hospital and Community Pharmacy, gaining her Accuracy Checking technician qualification in 2017. She joined the Calsayseat Pharmacy team in August 2022.
Outside of work Gemma enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
